Since then it has evolved to continue its mission and today - in a world where hip hop has evolved to embrace its mutations that were the exceptions rather than the norm only a few years ago - it provides discerning music for discerning ears with monthly shows and guest mixes from hand picked worldwide DJs, producers and labels. The Rhythm Incursions presenting team now includes Primus Luta and DDay One from the USA, Raid System from Tokyo and Laurent Fintoni from London as well as two exclusive guest mix series curated by Friends of Friends and Raid System. Damn it has got freezing round these parts recently, it’s snowing today and I’m trying to remember the last time I felt warm. So it’s timely that Dday One should return for his monthly Rhythm Incursions instalment, bringing us some L.A sunshine and a dose of ‘pure energy’ as he put it.
